What is Encouragement? 

Encourage = to have courage put into you.

The Bible says to encourage one another. It says to BE encouraged. We’re told to be encouragers.  Be actively receiving courage on the inside of you from God & be actively putting courage into others.

Why does the Encouraging Women ministry exist?

• Because women need encouragement. Every. Single. Day.
• Because dreams are lying dormant, waiting to be birthed.
• Because hurting people are everywhere.  They need Hope!
• Because while people sometimes know the right thing to do, they also need courage to do it.
• Because women need to know that we should strive for Progress and NOT Perfection.
• Because you need a cheerleader to encourage you to “Live a life worthy of the calling you have received.” ~ Eph. 4:1

The Mission of Encouraging Women

• To Prepare God’s people for works of service
• To Build up the faith of God’s people
• To Teach others about Jesus
• To Encourage others not to become complacent but to continue to become mature and grow in Christ–attaining the whole measure of the fullness of Christ
• To Speak the truth in love and transparency 

This is adapted from Ephesians 4:12-15. 

It is my vision to see people come to know Jesus in a more personal way and to develop great relationships with Him.  But, it is just as important to come alongside women of all ages and help them live a life worthy of the calling they have received!
